“We really planned for it. We want to give the best for our child.”
That was an early sharing (please read 8:00AM) of wisdom from a father who visited our school with his son applying for Grade 11.
The father shared that he and his wife both agreed to have only one child because they want that in the future, they’ll be able to give the best for their son. They spent half of their lives in Malaysia and will be settling for good in the Philippines.
And true to their “vision” back when they were still a young couple, I could see that they are able to provide everything that their son needs and not only material things perse, but even intangible things. The boy is respectful, smiles a lot and is very close to his dad.
In life, we do a lot of decisions every day and no matter how big or small the decisions may be, let us always remember that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
We are always faced with our personal struggles to make the right decision and not to sin. We cannot do this on our own. What we need is wisdom from God as we put our full trust in Him.
Are you faced with making a very critical decision in your life now?
Let God take control
