Train Hard, Play Hard—
Gabriel Aguilar, 1st Filipino to join Manchester United Soccer Schools
I met Gabriel when he was just 7, I was so new then at Southville. And now that he is in grade 6, I can’t help but be proud of what he has become not because he has achieved a lot under his belt, but because even if he has a lot to boast, he remains humble, respectful and his feet on the ground. He smiles a lot of times and remains close to his family.
Here’s an article from Manila a Times featuring Gabriel
I am not sure if you’d be able to read this Gab, but I want you to know that you have been an inspiration to us.
And today, as I joined TV5 in their feature of you, I am so blessed and honored to have met you. Keep on flying high and reach your goals and to all the young ones, do not get discouraged because you are young, but rather, be encouraged because you are. Shine!
